I was born ‘n’ raised in Northern Indiana, just a hoot ‘n’ a holler from Notre Dame. I did a tour of duty in Vietnam, went to college for awhile, moved to Oregon (where I now reside), went to college some more (at the same university where I worked for 26 years), and finally had the good sense to retire–from work, attempts at getting a formal education, and, with wistful hope, from the mundane.

Now, older, and wise enough to know that I’m in no way wise, I think it’s time to assault the world with prose.
